Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

All orders placed within the domestic US (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 1pm EST. Orders placed after 1pm EST may take up to two business days for order processing. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders require a signature upon receipt, , at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you.

We currently do not ship internationally. Please provide your email if you would like to be added to our mailing list. This will allow us to notify you of any changes in our shipping policies.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. All returned merchandise should include the original packaging with tags attached and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing. Any unused merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Shafaq Saeed within 10 business days of receipt of product. To request your return authorization number within 10 days of receiving your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
All returns are to be registered with our returns department at customer email@example.com. Please note: returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number.
A return authorization number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note: return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. ll items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please notify us of any defected merchandise immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.
Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form.
